The filter tube has good corrosion resistance (except for free chlorine) and acid-base resistance with a pH value of 0.5 to 14. The washing of the filter tube is carried out by a periodic backwashing system.

ENKA is one of the manufacturers of polypropylene microporous filter tubes. The diameter (inner/outer) of its filter tubes is 1.8/2.6mm (capillary type) and 5.5/8.6mm, with a pore size of 0.2μm. These filter tubes are self-supporting (no additional support structure required) and are assembled in bundles to form components, creating a filtration area of 0.1-10m2. The shell material of the components is polypropylene or stainless steel. The flow rate of the suspension in the capillary filter tubes is 1m/s. The filter tubes have good corrosion resistance (except for free chlorine) and acid-base resistance with a pH range of 0.5 to 14. The washing of the filter tubes is performed by a periodic backwashing system.


 

The purpose of this filter machine is:

(1) Used in the pharmaceutical industry. For sterilization filtration of nutrient solutions, concentration of cell suspensions, vaccine production, filtration of amino acids, etc.

(2) Used in the food industry. For sterilization filtration of protein solutions, filtration of water and beverages, and filtration of wine, beer, and juices.

(3) Used in the chemical industry. For purification of acid and alkaline solutions and chemical products, and regeneration of catalysts.
